We work flexibly with growing shops. Outsourcing usually makes sense from around 150–200 orders per month — but feel free to reach out earlier.
How fast do you ship?
Orders received on weekdays before noon usually ship the same day. Our target is 24 hours from order.
Which shop systems can you connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce among others. Further systems and custom API connections are possible.
How are costs billed?
Transparently by actual usage: storage per slot, pick & pack per order, shipping by zone. No hidden fixed costs.
Is my data kept in Switzerland?
Yes. Location, warehouse and data residency are in Switzerland. We work in line with Swiss data protection law (FADP).
